Here are the steps to claim your money back:

1. You must have purchased the Glamou™ Hair Removal Package from our website.
2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer service representative at info@glamoubeauty.com, a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
3. Take one photo every 30 days and send both photos to us via the same email chain. The photos need to have clear timestamps on them, otherwise it will not be counted as valid. 
4. Trial our Handset for at least 60 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
5. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our Handset, email a customer service representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.
6. Once approved, return our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer service representative.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
8. Once returned, our Handset's purchase price will be refunded to you.

Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.
