- On the day your order is delivered, email a customer service representative at CS@glamoubeauty.com, a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
- Take one photo every 30 days and send both photos to us via the same email chain.
- Trial our Handset for at least 60 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
- If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our Handset, email a customer service representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.
- Once approved, return our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer service representative.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
- Once returned, our Handset's purchase price will be refunded to you.
